This makes a lot of sense. I have limited time as well, but am more than willing to help. CQ, I appologize! I know I am one of those who sends short notes on occasion! I will be more aware of your email situation! :) I don't even bother getting mail on my phone because it is so slow!
Have a good rest of the day! :)

There was at one time a Wiki already out there, I don't know what happen to it, but some on this list may know. I hope someone can locate it, I don't think reinventing the wheel would be a benefit. As far as helping, I'll be honest and say my time is very limited, but I'm willing to review and add things as I can. I'd rather see a group focus on developing a framework if not some actual documentation that we could offer and encourage Apple to use either in their training or that we can offer stores directly so they can help customers more effectively.
Does this make sense?

Hi,

And for prespective Mac joiners, my point exactly, the unofficial documentation. So are you with me in this attempt?

Thanks for listening,
Alex,

I think we could take some of the info in these places and compile them into a simple, but clear/concise document that we might offer as a suggestion to Apple. What I'm thinking is a training manual of sorts they could offer to employees either as a part of training or at least at the stores so folks could get the basics of VO down.
