Esther, thanks, I was curious about this myself. <smile> -Hadn't
looked around at the manual yet so glad you posted.
Incidentally, as you're keeping up with the latest chat RE: the
nano, have you by chance, heard what sdk to use for game dev on the
nano 4G?
I've been looking on ADC, but all I can find so far, are vague
references to using the IPhone sdk with various IPods.
Also, if anyone else has any info on this, I'd love love love it!
I've been Googling my brains out here (being TADA! Insomnia Girl!, the
world's most somnolent super heroine!) lol! and still can't find
anything definite. *very annoyed* <smile> -Google and I are usually
very close! <smile>
anyway, thanks for indulging my late-night questions / ramblingsā¦
Smiles,
CQ :)

Hi Janet,
I don't think there is any way to turn Cover Flow off. There are
already several posts about that across the web. The only thing
that you can do is toggle on the lock switch at the top while you're
holding the iPod Nano 4G horizontally. Then Cover Flow mode won't
engage even if you tilt your Nano 4G. But it's not a real solution
since you have to disengage the lock if you want to use the click
wheel again to navigate or select more tracks.
Cheers,
Esther

We have it now. I think the use as disc is checked b default and
that seems
to foul things up. The other hard part was the language but I got
visual
help for that because it wouldn't talk other wise.
Now to turn off cover flow and shake.

That happen to me and trying a second time seemed to work. I don't
know what happen, but I suspect my error might have been in not
checking the proper options and it getting snowed in transferring
more
content then it could handle and I probably made iTunes angry while
trying to navigate and see what was going on.
