Black Board and Safari

Folks, I'm planning to go back to school and I had first looked at and  
registered with Phoenix online. First their registration process was  
not accessible with Safari and well on windows it was not much better.  
I'm looking at American Public University which is a part of the  
American University system. My understanding is they use Black Board  
for the online portion of their courses. I was wondering if anyone has  
had any experience with Black Board and Safari and would let me know  
how successful they were with it.
