I never liked WebCT all that much. I only used Blackboard a few times.
Several months ago, I took another look at Blackboard with Safari and
I had to do a lot of interacting. And I couldn't get Chat to work. I
think there were also problems with Chat in WebCT as well, even with
windows screen readers.
I might look into this a little further, because I am also planning on
taking some online courses.
