Got a quick question...

If JAWS is the program that makes applications more accessible, why would it be Apple's responsibility to make it work better with JAWS? This has never been done before for any other application. Why is Apple being singled out. Does no one find it curious that Window-Eyes got an accessibility nod in the new iTunes? Wonder if there is any old blood here?

Oh Wait... that's right Freedom Scientific bought out a lot of smaller accessibility companies in the late 80's and early 90's and terminated Apple OS work one by one... Hmmmm.... They have also been the guys in the back of the room at a lot of Apple presentations sniping there presenters.... Why I think they have even been saying for about 15 years openly and publicly that Apple doesn't care about the visually impaired!

I'm new to the game in the last 5-6 years, but I don't see Apple bending over in any way to help Freedom Scientific out.... I also don't see JAWS adding tags and accessibility to iTunes, but gee-wiz they sure do for windows media player!

Much Love,
And even more progress for Apple Accessibility!
