first interact with the section of text, go to the start of what you wanna select and press vo+enter then navigate to the end of the text you want to copy and press vo+enter again. You should here a sound, follow this with command+C for copy, then go to textedit and do a command+V to put it there. Second highlight the link to the pdf, or mp3 file you want, press vo +command+f5 to bring the cursers in line then hold the control key and tap the button of your mouse (if it has 2 then the left one) and navigate down to "download targeted file". press return or enter on this and your file will start to download. Also one thing i do not know if has been said here before, but you must disable control option lock (if enabled) before you can choose menu options.
