I used the funcionality built into the new Itunes 8, and it was quite
easy. I just submitted it for approval, and a couple days later, it
was ready to go.

All of these links work, and are current. The only thing I can
think of is that Shane changed hosts for his blog and podcasts
several months ago, so his original podcast (about the iPod
shuffle and iTunes from nearly a year ago), were released on a
different web page.
