I have two printers that are Mac compatible. The first is an HP Photosmart C4200 and the second is an Hp Deskjet 5650. I tried installing the photosmart and using it. The installation wasn't 100% accessible with VoiceOver but I got through it. It said something about the trap monitor program not being installed. Then, in the setup assistant, it wouldn't let me choose a device. I got sighted assistance and was told that no items were showing up in the table. I couldn't hit next so I quit it. I tried to print something out and it just said something like error in printing. It didn't tell me why or give me a number. I tried to use the uninstall program and it was completely unresponsive. So I just manually deleted everything and did a reinstall. This time, it said everything was successfully installed but when I went to print, I had the same problem and the same one with the setup assistant. I really need to print a few things for my job and short of putting them on the pc and doing it, I'm out of options. I didn't even try the scanner part of this all-in-one device yet. I also haven't tried the Hp Deskjet 5650 but I heard it works with Leopard. I want to make sure of this before I have my mother set it up. (Not readily available due to house renovation.) Can anyone help me please?
