OK, perhaps, I should a clarified more what I meant.I am talking about the log when you are in a conversation window, if you vo left one time from the text field, you'll hear unknown. If you interact with that, you'll see the log I am referring to. So, you're saying I can view the log of that contact a different way, then even delete the log? I'd love to know how to do that.
