Hi Chris
Open the transcript viewer (command-l while in a comversation or
command-shift-l while in the contacts window) and you'll see all the
logging controls I mentioned.

I am talking about the log when you are in a conversation window, if
you vo left one time from the text field, you'll hear unknown. If
you interact with that, you'll see the log I am referring to. So,
you're saying I can view the log of that contact a different way,
then even delete the log? I'd love to know how to do that.
