After taking a closer look at the feature set of this application I
think there may be other programs which work with voiceover that do
somewhat the same thing. A condensed version of the feature set follows.

Feature set:
Styles for defining how your document looks, type faces, row colors,
background images, etc.
Create documents with columns containing different types of information
such as pop-up lists, check boxes, numerical values, dates, durations,
or plain text.
You can attach different file types, images, audio, and even record
audio directly into your document with the professional version.
Export documents into various formats, plain text, rich text, OPML, HTML
or write your own custom export plugins.
Apple script support.
Batch find, Type in a keyword into the search field and results from
your outline are displayed.
