Ok guys. my best friend is deafblind and so she can't use VoiceOver that well. She recently got a Syncbraille to work with her Macbook running Leopard. When she connects it it doesn't recognise the display. It says braille display dimmed. She tried connecting other usb devices and it works just fine with those. She's also done all the updates.
