I haven't played with it since version 2.0.2. Like Parallels, about the only accessible parts are the menu-bar items. Jaws video intercept driver does work though, which was the main reason I used for a while. Last I checked Windows XP under Parallels bombed out bad with the Jaws video intercept installed. That was my main reason for switching to VMWare. Web surfing with Jaws under Parallels seemed to work ok.

I haven't played with it since I got VMWare. Nice thing about virtual machines is the ease of pausing and resuming. So I can be doing Mac stuff, fire up my VM and do some Windows testing and then pause/quit. Windows just becomes another app I launch and quit as needed. I assume Linux instances within a VM would work the same way.

hey;
so i use linux for my work now a lot and want to install a local copy of centos5 on my computer, to learn more about it and how to get around. I'm curious can it be installed with bootcamp or some equalvent application? Please let me know. If i don't have to use vm ware the better.
thanks
also am willing to take alternatives to vm ware.
thanks a lot
