If you adjust VoiceOver to read all punctuation, it will say "tab"
each time it encounters one. Sometimes, however, it's helpful to read
character by character.

Smultron works for me as a text editor for python. I use tabs as
indents.
And VoiceOver notifies indentation level or I have to read
character by
character to check how many tabs are there?
