Hey,
That's interesting, I've had to take time out of my course at uni due to ill health so aren't really up to date with what can and can't be used with screen readers. Appologies everyone if I've given the wrong information, would be great to be updated and kept up to date.
Best wishes and thanks,
Vicki.

Hi, I was wondering about logic, because the guy at long and mcquaid told me yesterday that logic and garrage band were very similar. Actually, I asked if there was a demo of logic and he said, Garrage band. Of course, logic will have more features, but in terms of the over all interface, he seemed to think they were that similar.

Any one have experience to the contrary?

Thanks,

Hi Again David,
I don't think Protools and Logic are accessible for blind people with screen readers though I could be wrong but as far as I'm aware they aren't.

What exactly am I doing..I play both guitar, drums and some synth when needed. I'd also like to go into some orchestration, but speaking of accessible software,I don't know what to use :(
Also I'm not sure if I shall choose Pro Tools or Logic as the DAW.

Hello.
I don't know how much people have been into this in the last times. But anyway, I'd like to hear, are there any musicians/studio- folks on this list who are using the Mac platform with success? If so, what kind of gear are you using? I'd like to hear everything all the way from hardware to software. I'm continuing trying to find the best and most accessible of everything from software (DAW, plugins, instruments) to mixers and all that stuff.
Hope to hear from ye guys!
Kind regards David!
