I was kind of wondering this myself, there is a software synth built
in, but honestly it's not that good. Even many sound cards in Windows
sound better, I would love to find a good midi synth for the Mac, it
doesn't have a midi port, so I can't connect my keyboard or my Roland
Sound Canvas.
