Hi Anne:

Thanks for the tip Anne, Got it. 

Kamal
through all the ITune menues but can't find the restore option.
You must have your iPod connected first, then go into the Sources  
table and expand the iPod entry by pressing VO-Back slash. You will  
then be able to interact with the Scroll area and see all the tabs  
including Restore.
