You have to create a special playlist for your iPod. It doesn't matter
what you call it, but you must adjust your iPod settings to tell it
only to sync with that playlist. You can adjust all your settings when
your iPod is connected. Just go into Sources, look for Devices, and
expand the iPod entry. You'll see all the settings in the Scroll Area
to the right of the Sources table.
