They are checking both my hard drive and my optimum drive, and if one
or the other is not working like it should, they will replace it.
They had to spray it with somekind of air cleaner to clean out the
ports and throughout the machine to clean it; I knew the machine
needed cleaning; they didn't charge me for cleaning it. But the guys
at the store said it's definitely worth saving, and they don't think
it's anything major that I have to worry about. So for now, I'm down
