No, I have that keyboard on a desktop but have set the function keys to 
software since it has the fn key.

Are you using a laptop? Actually now that I think of it, there is an
option to modify the behavior of the keys in System Preferences. I had
forgotten this, but that is what you get for migrating from machine to
machine.
