Hi,
I'll let you know when I get mine up and running. Here is what the
Access techs had to tell me though. I can get a usb to Parallel
printer (not 25 pin parallels but hte kind you have on a printer) and
try that. Or the one I prefere, a Keyspan usb to sereial adapter.
Thanks for lisetning,

Hello,
I've got a friend who has all Macs in the house, except for her
son's computer. He is also visually impaired, and has a PC with
Duxbury and Romeo 50 embosser for school. If she wants to buy him a
Mac, what is the best way to keep the Romeo Pro 50 in service using
software and hardware adaptor for USB? I personally have a ViewPlus
Emprint, and am forced to use Windows to run it. Lame I know, but
not much I can do. I figured since the Romeo 50 is a standard serial
braille output device Greg's awesome free braille translator may do
the job. Please let me know ASAP, as I need to assist her in
choosing the right hardware for her son.
Thanks,
RYan
