Hi,That depends what you are doing and what TV you have. If you have a TV with DVI, a Macbook pro will connect directly. A Mabook will need a DVI mini to DVI adapter. Otherwise there are DVI mini to VGA adapers and another one that allows for s-video/rca attachment.
