Time codes in iTunes

Hi again all.

can someone please advise is it possible in iTunes to pause a track and 
obtain the time where the song was actually paused?

The reason i'm asking is because a song I have purchased has a scrambled 
piece in it and it skips and I want to report this to the iTunes store 
support people and they are requesting the time code in the track where the 
problem occurrs.
When I read in the faq how to obtain the time code, it says you have to 
click on a triangle in the main iTunes window and a progress bar is visible 
with moving numbers. Can these moving numbers be found using voice over and 
the time where the error occurrs be obtained?
