Dear Max,

No, I'm afraid I did not search the American site. Give it a go though. As forp urchasing, you should be able to buy from the British site but I'm not sure about extra costs. I'm not familiar with various dvd systems either. I know there was a difference between American and British system in VCR but I have no idea about dvd's. Sorry can't be more helpful.

Best wishes

Simon

In case people do not know, on amazon.co.uk website, under the dvd section, there is a separate section listing all the avilable dvd's with audio description - over 300 of them.

I found it difficult to locate that section so I executed a search where in the search box I put "audio description dvd", and I was taken to those pages. I hate buying on amazon - the site being so big and cluttered - but I congratulate them on creating a special section of audio described dvd's.

With best wishes to all, Simon
