I don't use jaws, but had a similar problem with system access and
window eyes using the numeric keypad. I get around it by temporarily
turning off the voice over numpad commander, then the insert key and
the other numpad keys work great. Not sure if I'm going to purchase
fusion yet, but I must say it works quite well.
