You have to concider that for the same price you paid for your
Macbook, now you can get a bigger Macbook now.

Not all PC laptops are created equally or as inexpensive as you may
think. There is some truth in you get what you pay for.
So, yes the Mac may cost more, but there is a number of factors you
have to consider when asking the question.
