Crimbo - A slapdash abreviation of Christmas. Gets used a lot in
London, and I've heard lots of Aussies saying it this year, but
perhaps it's only known on this side of the pond.

For anyone who was following this, a combination of Jacob's terminal
stuff, a new install onto an external drive to keep me going in the
meantime, and importing network settings etc has saved my bacon. I
now have 2 copies of all that data. Cheers all! Order of the day
tomorrow is to figure out an unattended boot camp install... I think
it should be doable as long as you write into the answer file which
partition you want to install onto.

Cheers
Scott
