Yes, you can drag and drop with vo but I didn't know that anyone could 
initiate a download in this way.  I do know that there are ftp sites that 
you can do this with.  I can copy a file from an ftp folder just like it was 
a local folder and drop it directly anywhere on my hd with commmand-c to 
copy and command-v to past.  I don't think this will work with downloads 
from web sites though.
