Sorry, but I had to jump on the grammar band waggon here. Now I know what you guys mean! In any case, I figured out what you were saying. Have you tried reinstalling Adium from scratch? I am also having issues with Adium. It keeps giving me "unknown error" messages and it won't let me add an account. Whenever I go to add an account and hit enter, it places me back in the list of contacts. the only way I can use MSN is to add it as a guest account.
