Hmmm, this is rather interesting. Does this toolkit reside in one
location or does it install parts of itself in various places within
the OS?

Hi,
What do you think?
Kiwi Keys:
Accessible Typing Tutor Hits The market.
Kiwi Keys (Home Edition), a brand new addition to the rapidly
developing Fruit Basket suite, will be released to the general
public for downloads on January 16, 2009. This application is the
first of its kind in that it was built using the VIP-Toolkit
available free of charge from the ICE project. The VIP-Toolkit
interface was designed from the ground up to be fully accessible to
people with a visual impairment, and therefore inherently, Kiwi Keys
is completely accessible to Orca and Apple Voiceover users.
Sleek, modern, and extremely customizable, the typing tutor features
a wide range of compact, interesting features geared towards people
of all ages and typing abilities. Multi-lingual support allows non-
English students to participate in typing lessons in their own
language. The ability to reset lessons ensures that you feel that
you get the right amount of practice on any given section of the
keyboard. The ability to sync lessons between computers (Advanced
and Pro only), allows typing instructors to restructure their
seating arrangements without disrupting the flow of their student's
learning.
Since Kiwi Keys is based on the VIP-Toolkit, it will run on Mac OS X
10.4 or later and Linux. This cross platform toolkit is both
lightweight and effective, challenging the conventional methods of
accessible application development.
Kiwi Keys provides the next level of typing tutorials. The advanced
and pro versions integrate seamlessly into the sighted classroom
environment, without a need for special modification. Simply
download, install, and insert the license key you received with your
product, and you are on your way to a new world of typing.
The complete user interface of Kiwi is completely accessible, by
means of an audio and graphical user interface. Visually impaired
students and classroom teachers alike will no doubt immensely enjoy
the fun and hassle free experience Kiwi Keys provides.
Thanks for listening,
Alex,
