someone asked about Fusion and navigation

Folks, sorry, someone had asked about how they could access the menu  
bar while they were in the VM. I think the issue was that they could  
not access the menu bar, this is the menu bar that contains items such  
as full screen, etc. You have two options. First you probably could  
not navigate to that menu bar because you likely were in full-screen  
mode. To enter or exit this mode, you can either access this choice  
via the VO+m to access the menu or use the shortcut key control 
+return. If you are in full-screen mode, you will not be able to  
access the menu bar, but you can access those features under the view  
menu.
