I don't think fusion defaults to full screen, but if it's that way
now, press command control enter to change it. Also, go to fusion's
view menu and make sure the tool bar isn't hidden. You may also want
to keep the status bar enabled, as this will allow you to connect and
disconnect devices from your virtual machine.
