Both OO and iWork have some accessibility quirks, but overall I prefer iWork. It's far more stable, and quite a bit faster, and with less quirks than Openoffice at least for me. The best thing you can do is try them both and see which meets your needs, you can get a thirty-day trial of iWork here:
