That's correct, in fact VMWare should choose this for you when you
point it to the iso image. Windows Vista is chosen automatically, as
this is what VMWare detects the disk to be. VMWare's easy install does
work for 7 however there is one screen near the end of the
installation that you still have to get through. This is the home
group configuration and, since this was not present in Vista, VMWare
doesn't automate this.
