Good morning Will,
I have sharpkeys installed and I have remapped the capslock key to
numpad zero, but how do I go about telling JAWS to use this key and
what is insert mode? I looked in Configuration Manager > Default >
Keyboard, but didn't find anything that seemed to be quite right.

I have successfully gotten a few OS images running on Fusion and am
pretty happy with it overall. A couple of problems.

that JAWS can read content like the IE address bar.
2. Caps lock not being passed in a way that JAWS understands.
Does anyone know the solution for these problems, or if they are
better in VirtualBox or Prallels. Also, does Prallels have a
command line utility that can be used to create / modfiy / invoke a
VM?
