Hi,
I'll have to shop around. I have a headset that cost $25 CND so I
can't justify $89 for the adapter when my budjet is so tight. As most
people know most of my spending money is in the 17 or so projects I am
currently working on.
Thanks,
Alex,

Good evening Alex,
The USB audio to Bluetooth adapter was $89 CDN plus shipping and
tax, I ordered it from
http:headset.com/index.php?
main_page=product_info&cPath=37&products_id=872
The headset itself was something like $129 and I opurchased it at
Futureshop.

Hi,
How much did this cost you if you don't mind me asking.
Thanks,

Good evening,
For anyone interested in using a bluetooth headset with their Mac,
I have researched and found a work around.
Issue
OS X Leopard has poor support for most bluetooth headsets. Many
makes and models lose connection after a few seconds and many that
do keep a connection only record static from the micropone.
Resolution
Use an OS X compatible Bluetooth to USB Audio adapter. Note: this
is not a USB Bluetooth adapter (an item that plugs into your USB
port to provide bluetooth for the Mac), but is a Bluetooth to USB
Audio adapter (which is recognized by the OS as a USB audio device).
I am using a Plantronics Discovery 925 and have chosen to go with
the Plantronics USB audio to bluetooth adapter (part number
BUA-100). I imagine that this adapter would work with non-
plantronics headsets, but can not test this to be sure.
