ok, radical approach time. Not sure if this will work, but if the content is on your hard drive, delete the .xml files and open ITunes, from the file menu, activate ad folder to library and choose the itunes music folder and see if that works. also, before you do this, are you certain you waited long enough for the lists to populate? if there is a lot of content, it can take quite a wile.
