Hello!
This thread gets more bigger and bigger. I read all, and I hope I
remember all what you wrote.

Cursor at the start or at the last position.
The maximalist version could be this:
Options in settings window to set default behavior of opening
documents. Of course this setting is must be adjustable fot all OOo app
or one by one. We may put a checkbox on load window like "Start at
last edition position".

I think titlebar must show the doc's title (is available) or filename (if
not). This option may configurable from options with "Allways show
filename in titlebar"

We shouldn't remove any options from settings panel, but a new, more
intuive UI may require. Editing options via text, xml and any other
format directly isn't user friendly. If you config an Apache server is a
good method to edit config file. But not every user is sestem
administrator. They are happy with mouse pointer, checkboxes.
Naturally, we can group options better like General and advanced
settings. I liked centralised setting windows of 1.x series. I really want
to see in 2.x. I know it may confuse begginners, but with smart UI
desing may eliminate this sort of problem.

One bug: There is not option to install (or not to install) OOo Base. But
it installs with other component. This must be bug?

Another problem:
Memory usege with plenty of dicts.
When I start one of OOo app my system use about 300 MB of mem.
When I start to write it allocate more one MB. But when I click on bad
spelled word OOo start to eat my mem. The average memory usage is
grow until 800MB. I know downloading and installing all available dict
file is very rare. But 500 MB memory usage for 100 MB of dict file is very
interesting. So it must be a bug. Can you solve it?

Thanks,
KAMI
