Java licensing, OOo should be forked to produce a "Java Free" version.
"forked" is a too little strong word, such version already exist, but it lack some features. also, heavy work is done on the 2.0 branch to make OOo buildable with gcj.
BTW, there are some rumors on the net about one big Sun competitor intending to opensource his own Java.
