Hi Daniel, I would suggest Blogger.com. It is a pleasure to use and supports most of the functionality you have to pay for on other sites. The down side is that Blogger.com does not support RSS unless you pay for the service, but this can be overcome by using feedburner.com.
I actually haven't looked at the FreeYourFiles blogging engine, but it all depends on what you want to do with the blog. Regards Craig A.
