Not sure if I can ask a basic question like this here, but if not please suggest which list I should subscribe to.
I have received a doc file attached to an email and I can neither save it or open it. I am using OE6 and had never had this problem before when using MS office. Is there a setting I need to change perhaps ? It is grayed out where it shows the attachment, regards, Joanne -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
