My prevous post was a bit bitter. I do not want to give the impression that I do no like OOo. I love it!!
There are improvements in v 2.0 beta,a lot of them. The wordcount, format painter, and, not the least, the enhanced PDF export with bookmarks and notes and the new Base. Base alone do make 2.0 a must in many contexts.
