I discovered that using the page preview from the file menu lets you view any number of pages at once. It's only the zoom feature of the regualr document that's limited to one. Neat! :D Tahnks Christian :) *Cheers!*

Basically, you do file > print preview to view two pages at once, and then click on the page that you are editing.
