Hey there. I just had an idea. Could hte page preview be used to select
multiple pages? ex: holding down ctrl or shift plus the mouse button or
dragging the mouse over pages to visualy select the pages you want printed
instead of having to print one at a time or memorize which pages you want
printed?

I discovered that using the page preview from the file menu lets you view any
number of pages at once. It's only the zoom feature of the regualr document
that's limited to one. Neat! :D Tahnks Christian :) *Cheers!*

Sorry that you didn't get it. I'll send it again in a second.

Basically, you do file > print preview to view two pages at once,
and then click on the page that you are editing.

Or, option two, you do window > new window, and turn on the record
changes on both docs, and then merge the docs after calling them
"letter to Jon 01" "and letter to Jon 02" .
