It looks as if Novell is planning a big splash around OOo 2.0 with their next SuSE Linux release:

So next time that we get frustrated with each other let's remember our successes, too. Of course, we can always do better, and of course we want to be as flexible as possible, but this is some good stuff!
I don't see the point of Novell making a big splash of including 2.0 beta. I hope they also have 1.1.4 in the package so that potential OOo users don't get the wrong impression of the software.
