BSOD in Windows may be caused by many things, and buggy MSO isn't
unique in this aspect. But bugs in (some) MSO (versions) doesn't mean format
"limitness".
PS: Also, _if_ some OOo feature have no _direct_ presentation in Word
format (again, like font size have no direct presentation in plain text),
but feature may be simulated (virtual example: say, OOo have some built-in
style, like "signature", whereas MSW doesn't, but "signature" may be
exported as regular style), then there are no reasons to make extraneous
warning.
