The explanation for that is : because there was a lot of noise around
that feature we didn't want to approve a fix for 2.0 before we are sure
that we can make it. Consider the case that we had promised a fix for
2.0 and then had discovered that it's too much work to do - the result
would have been worse than if we had done nothing!

So after all necessary code changes where defined, all possible
localization issues had been ruled out a first prototype was
implemented. Then the QA had a look on that build and after they gave an
"OK" I changed the target to "2.0". Of course no more work was necessary
then except integration of the fix into the master.

This explains the *very* short time differences. :-)
