This would be kind of like a MS Binder doc (as in holding multiple other docs) Don't know about technical feasibility in OOo, but I believe that you could just have another zip doc (with an extension like .odm - OpenDocument Multidoc - or something like that of course) that contains all the other docs. You could then add some kind of simple text file (or xml file?) that could categorize and store your docs all in the same file. or just the order that they are shown in the tabs. Such a thing might be an entirely new project for OOo. An app that allows viewing multiple document viewing and 'saving' a set of documents as a 'view' possibly with document categorization, or something else.
