The name of the style you've created would serve as an indicator, the simple switcher is the double clic in the Stylist, or a shorcut key.
Some documents are so heavily mixed/messily formated style is not always the right solution.
Right, this why defining a style is important, you can even set a conditionnal style for these documents.
