*Hi Peter - Thanks for the reply. I'm still diligent at the keyboard!** *
* I started the Install, clicking on the "install.exe" which came up (Yea!!) and I proceeded. At the "Copy and Extracting Program Files" sequence, the "Java Script required" dialog box come up.
I must have Java Script in my machine, but **I never seem to have a need to use it. Then it requested that I insert the disc to proceed further (disc, what disc? I downloaded online)
because of the "file f_000number) was not found" explanation.
When I get to these "stopping" notices, I don't know a way around them. *
*Thanks for your assistance. I'm wondering if OpenOffice is really worth it or will I get a whole new set of problems to deal with? =Russ*

You should also make sure you extract all the files first. If you don't some install issues may arise. To do that, click on the button at the left that says extract all.
The FireFox icons are just .html docs with instructions.
